Post freely, post anonymously, ask questions.  You don't have to be alone in what you're going through and no! you are not strange or weird or different from anyone else.  Depression is a state of mind and our minds change often.  You don't have to remain in a depressed state.  I don't care what anyone tells you.
If you've come out of depression, let's do our best to lift someone else up.  Share how you've overcome.

Sometimes, we don't notice that we or someone close to us is depressed.  The symptoms are set aside by the busyness of everyday life and oftentimes by denial.  We rush pass the warning signs.
