What are you using to numb the pain of being sad and unhappy? Without denying it, first look at the different forms of "self-medicating" that we're referring to:
- Unhealthy Relationships
- Food, i.e., over-eating, bulimia, anorexia, etc.
- Obsessive Actions, i.e., shopping, cutting, video game binges, compulsiveness, etc.
- Dangerous Activities, i.e., gang-affiliations, violence, etc.
